Hayefe's Injera is totally authentic. It has organic taste.I also like how it looks. It has the quality and standard of what a good injera should have. I have witnessed the process from the get-go and their preparation produces the best looking injera and great taste with mild bitterness.
It is also worth mentioning that you should definitely experience the taste of their delicious sambusa.
